2. “The participant” is a person who is participating in this Refer a Corporate Communication Campaign with Y Us Sdn Bhd
3. Employee of Y Us Sdn Bhd shall not be eligible to participate in the contest.
4. Registrations and referrals information must be completed in full. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry.
5. A valid referral will be determined at the sole discretion of Y Us Sdn Bhd in accordance with the following criteria: –
a. All the referral required information is properly recorded and reliable. We will validate each of your referral by contacting the referral and we will mention your name as the referrer.
b. An identical or substantially similar referral from an alternate source for the same opportunity has not already been received by Y Us Sdn Bhd.
7. Y Us Sdn Bhd reserves the right to disqualify any registrations that do not meet the rules and regulations of the Lucky Draw. These include registrations submitted with invalid or incomplete information.
8. In the event of any inconsistency, conflict, ambiguity or discrepancy between the English text or any other version of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
