The Super Developer will
– Lead and manage the team (ensuring plans are done properly and deadlines/deliverables are met) * For seniors
– Gathers requirements from customers and translates them to system specifications
– Designs the system User Interface, application and database
– Develop innovative solutions in multiple devices and platforms
– Testing and fixing using a proper methodology
– Deploy applications on various servers, environments and platforms
– Conduct UAT, FAT and end-user training
Requirements
– Must be highly enthusiastic, passionate and creative
– Has a great understanding and experience implementing the latest web and mobile technologies related to .NET (jQuery, JSON, HTML5, mobile responsive framework, web services and APIs)
– Proficient in English (writing & communications)
– A fast learner and a self-motivator
– Able to work on your own with minimum direct supervision
– A strong team player with a start-up mentality (Do whatever it takes to get the job done)
– Good problem solving & analytical skills
– Work smart and meeting deadlines
