KL Social Media is known for a community gathering of people in social media, marketing and PR alike. For this year-end gathering event, Evenesis is proud to be their official Event Management Solution provider. The event was fully loaded with like-minded people and plenty of new updates were shared during the event! Some guests came home with awesome prizes like dinner coupons for two at the exquisite Tanzini Restaurant in GTower. Certainly an event to remember before the new year comes in!

What a fabulous job for team Readroid from UTP! They just won the first place in Dis.Rupt.Edu 2012, an exciting battlefield of potentially disrupting business idea, held at SEGi University. Anise Asia, as the main organizer for the event, plans to send this team to the US! Anise Asia will pay for the trip expenses, for them to attend The 2013 TechCrunch Disrupt next year. Evenesis CEO, Mr Yusno is one of the judges for this two days event. Heartfelt congratulations and best wishes for their continued success.

We nail it again, this time!
Yesterday we were at Coach & Grow Graduation Ceremony held at Security Commission, Bukit Kiara KL. The Director General of Ministry of Finance was there to congratulate all the company participants. Evenesis has managed to qualify ourselves in the top 10 percentile of companies listed in this program under Cradle Fund. We showed 300% growth in terms of revenue this year as compare to the financial year 2011. We are also just recently making inroad to new markets such as Bangkok and Manila. We can only say this to our customers who have helped us to get to where we are now, “Terima Kasih!”.

Evenesis supports MIDA to host Conference on the Services Sector
Once again we collaborated with MIDA to host a successful event at Berjaya Times Square very recently. We helped them to manage the invitation and RSVPs from the invitees and we also supported them in handling the guest registration as well. 300 important people from the services sector came to the event. We managed to help them with only few weeks of preparation. Thanks for our powerful system, MIDA has managed to deliver a great event for everyone once again!
The Allure of Cloud
Cloud computing continues to grow in popularity in the IT industry and on 17th October, Evenesis was honored to be the official event software partner for the Cloud Malaysia Conference and Exhibition 2012 for the second year running. The two-day event was held at the Park Royal Hotel KL and gathered over 200 delegates including the cloud experts across the region. The organizer, Crimson Logic, used Evenesis at the registration counters to register and check in the delegates on both days. As expected, the use of Evenesis, a cloud based event management system resulted in quick response in guests tracking and no queues at all during registration.
CIMB Classic – Tiger Woods In Action!
The CIMB Classic is a golf tournament that’s organized by the Asian Tour and the PGA Tour. This tournament took place at The MINES Resort & Golf Club from 25th till 28th October 2012. Evenesis provided support to the CIMB team on the VVIP registration during the event. This was our first time implementing QR code for guest registration in Evenesis. Aside from the work involved, we’re excited to to see Tiger Woods in action!
The Triumph Of Geeks At MSC Malaysia APICTA Awards Ceremony 2012
The geeks who have produced impressive ICT innovation and solutions in Malaysia were awarded prestigious awards and accolades during the recent Malaysia Asia Pacific ICT Awards or APICTA 2012. This year’s APICTA was held at the Sime Darby Convention Center on 16th October 2012. This year, Evenesis took part as the Official Silver Sponsor of this event. We were ecstatic when Evenesis was mentioned positively in the speech delivered by the chairman of MDeC, Tan Sri Abdul Halim Ali. We regarded that as a sign of approval for our achievement in last year’s APICTA. Kudos to all winners of APICTA 2012!
The Look East Policy – A success!
The 31st Malaysia-Japan Economic Association (Majeca) – Japan-Malaysia (Jameca)’s Look East Policy (LEP) Conference 2012 was organized successfully on 10th October 2012. The organizer, MIDA used Evenesis in managing the guest invitations including RSVP. The Look East Policy’s (LEP), officiated by the Prime Miniser, Dato Seri Najib Razak, was seen as a bridge to enhance bilateral relationship between Japan business community and our domestic business community. We certainly look forward to have MIDA as our long term client after this!
Dis.Rupt.Edu Is A Must Attend in December 2012
