Evenesis – Transforming Events Management in the Digital Era

Through Evenesis, Y Us Sdn. Bhd. had offered the solution to the existing problems in the market such as the rising costs of running events, the lack of standardization in handling events, the lack of integration between multiple isolated systems that are purchased from different vendors to handle different parts in the event management chain, the heavy use of papers and files and the lengthy time required to plan and run events.
In order to quantify the value of the Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) and the Augmented Reality (AR) technology in managing events, Y Us Sdn. Bhd. had recently unveiled its latest extension, Evenesis-on-the-go application which is available on the iOS and Android platforms. In short, users could now plan their multiple events in their mobile phones and tablets, allowing easier access to information which appeals to the younger generation all at the same time.
Evenesis, the winner of the MSC Malaysia APICTA Awards 2011 for the Best Application and Infrastructure Tool is the result of the creative and innovative spark derived from a better understanding of the consumer’s needs in events management. This well-developed application is structured to deliver specific technology based event planning solutions.
