2. We will validate each information given by contacting the referrals by phone. If they did not pick up the phone after 3 trials, we will disqualify the entry. Remember, FIVE valid entrepreneurs per submission equal to ONE chance in the lucky draw. You may submit more referrals to increase your chance.

1. This contest is open to all Malaysians.
2. “The participant” is a person who is participating in this Evenesis Referral Contest with Y Us Sdn Bhd
3. Employee of Y Us Sdn Bhd shall not be eligible to participate in the contest.
4. Registrations and referrals information must be completed in full. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry.
5. The participant will be entitled to one (1) chance in the lucky draw for every five (5) valid referrals.
Example:
a. If “A” refers five (5) valid referrals, “A” will be entitled to one (1) chance in the lucky draw.
b. If “B” refers ten (10) valid referrals, “B” will be entitled to two (2) chance in the lucky draw.
c. If “C” refers fifteen (15) valid referrals, “C” will be entitled to three (3) chance in the lucky draw.
6. The Winner is selected through lucky draw. The result of the lucky draw is absolute and incontestable.
