About The Event

The emergence of Covid-19 posed a threat to the global economy. In an effort to help the Indian Community in Malaysia overcome the challenges during the pandemic, COVID-19 And Its Implications Towards The Indian Community virtual event was organised.

Separating the event into 2 virtual sessions, speakers from private and government agencies such as Malaysian Technology Development Corporation (MTDC), Pertubuhan Keselamatan Sosial (PERKESO), TEKUN and MIDF were invited. 

What Were They Searching For?

In less than 2-week time before the event, Ten X approached Evenesis for virtual event solutions. To be exact, they sought a comprehensive registration management system and a user-friendly webinar platform that can be set up quickly. 

Ten X mentioned that their objective was to offer the audience a seamless virtual event experience from the moment they register.

1. Fast Support Response

One of our traits that surprised Ten X is the responsiveness of our Customer Experience Team. According to them, they received a quick response to all their inquiries. Moreover, all the amendments requested were made within 1 – 3 hours after the requests were sent. 

2. Quick Setup and Proper Training 

To deliver their request, our Customer Experience Team managed to set up the Evenesis Account, registration form for both sessions and the webinar platform in less than a day.  

Right after the webinar platform was ready, we provided training on how to navigate the platform. We also went through the rundown of the actual event with them so that they know how the system operates. 

Within a single training session that lasted less than 2 hours, they managed to understand how all the features work in the Live Room and the differences with the Control Room. 

3. Ease of Use

As for the speakers, once they receive their Presenters Link, they can enter the platform to experience and get familiar with it. The Training Room allocates 60 minutes for them to prepare themselves backstage and they can always extend the time if needed.

Best of all, they can do all these without the Host, which means they can do a rehearsal on their own whenever they prefer.
