Resend Ticket – New Feature in Evenesis

If your guest did not receive event ticket, or accidentally deleted or lost it, no worries! We are pleased to announce our new feature in Evenesis – Resend Ticket.

Evenesis enables you to resend ticket to your client now. Log in with your account to check it out.

How to resend event ticket?

Log in to your Evenesis account, mouse-over your event and click database. Search or filter the guest to whom you want to resend the ticket. After you select the guest, click “Other Actions”. Click “Resend Ticket” from drop down list. The system will automatically check whether your guest already paid for your event or not. If so, the ticket will be resent to your guest’s email box successfully.

Notes:

Confirmation email with e-ticket can only be applied to the guest who registered online and paid the ticket.

If you help register for the guest by admin, please change the guest status from “not attending” to “attending” and “not paid” to “paid” to ensure the confirmation email(without e-ticket) to be sent out.
