We’ll look at reasons for establishing native plants and key factors that help in establishing low-maintenance native plant and pollinator gardens. The basic steps for collecting, storing, and propagating native plant seeds will be presented, and a few no-chemical site preparation methods will be touched upon. We will also discuss the differences between cultivars, nativars, and native plants.
