The Scrum Foundations Professional Certificate SFPC™ is a 2 day weekend certificate program for all skill levels. Whether you are a new or seasoned Scrum team member this course is designed to increase your knowledge and understanding of key concepts within the Scrum framework such as Agile Product Ownership and Development Principles and implement Agile based programs.

You will also learn how to make effective changes in your organization and get rid of hidden agendas to improve communication between team members.
