Becoming conscious of our patterns and learning to say “No!” forces us to set boundaries and become mindful of saying yes to activities we value, improve our financial health and mental wellbeing. Women have long struggled to be loved, respected, valued and appreciated at work and home. This has compelled us to deliver whatever is asked of us, without evaluating the financial, mental and emotional toll it takes on us.
The art of saying “No!” starts with the importance of knowing ourselves, our work and our worth.
However, how many of us are good at saying “No”, effectively? Think about all the times you have agreed to additional demands at work and home? How often do women consciously think about our boundaries and our worth?
This workshop is about:
- Understanding your own worth
- Learning how to say NO!
- Empowering yourself by creating boundaries!
